Outfit Ideas – Thanksgiving Edit

Happy November! That is absolutely wild that it is already November, but I’m not mad about it; bring on the holidays! With Thanksgiving being a few short weeks away, I’ve put together three different looks to help inspire your Thanksgiving style. All of these outfits are comfortable, affordable, and versatile.

The first look is my favorite; dressy! For whatever reason I love getting dressed up and looking my best for Thanksgiving dinner even though I don’t leave my house haha. If you’re like me in that regard, then this outfit is the way to go! Both the sweater and the skirt are from the Pink Lily Boutique and they are so good! This sweater is ridiculously soft and stars are super trendy this season. It’s a mock neck sweater, but you could fold it down if you wanted to. It also has the cutest silver outline detail around a few of the stars on the front of the sweater. It runs true to size and I am wearing the medium. As for this skirt, y’all have seen me share this before and it is GOOD. Its a corduroy material, and it comes in five other colors! The buttons are functioning and it has an elastic band in the back, so there is good stretch to it. It also runs true to size and I am in the medium (6/8). I just paired it with silver jewelry and black booties I got from Target a few seasons ago.

The next look is the dressy casual one; staying comfortable but also spicing up the look a little bit. This blouse is the most beautiful emerald color (picture doesn’t do it justice) and fits so well! Its a peplum style top, so it goes out at the waist, giving a very flattering shape. It cinches at the wrists giving it a little 70s flare sleeve action, and I am here for it haha. It is a deep v cut, which makes it flattering to the chest, but isn’t revealing at all, and once again, this blouse is from The Pink Lily Boutique (literally one of my favorite shops). Because this blouse is rather simple, pairing it with slightly ripped jeans takes the overall look up a notch. I am wearing some black booties that have gold detailing on the heel, but any neutral bootie would be killer. Both the blouse and the jeans run true to size; wearing a medium and a six short.

This next look is for my girls who like to keep is comfy. Leggings and a fall graphic tee is the go to! I mean lets be real, there are no limits as to how much we eat on Thanksgiving, so we might as well be wearing clothes that will accommodate to our growing bellies lol. Leggings or even denim with a lot of stretch to them will be perfect and the fall t-shirt will complete the casual yet CUTE look. These leggings are the Spanx faux leather leggings, and are very much worth the hype. They are extremely fitted but not restricting. I am wearing my true size, petite medium and a medium in the t-shirt.

I hope these outfit ideas give you inspiration for your 2020 Thanksgiving look. All of my outfits are linked on the shop tab of my blog!
